I just want to point out that I don't even know what Kimchee is. But I'll cook with it. I'm not above that.

Kimchee is spicy pickled cabbage (or sometimes radishes, ours is cabbage) that is Korean in origin. Tyke is obsessed with it.

I think it's more of a snack/condiment/salad(?) than an ingredient, per se.
